About

Engineering design, drawn by people who know the site.

ANginer is an engineering design and documentation partner, founded by engineers with a construction background.

A lot of what goes wrong on site starts on paper: a duct that clashes with a beam, an as-built that does not match what was installed, a BoQ that misses half the fittings. We produce design and documentation with the installation in mind, because we know what happens when it is not.

We work remotely, as an extension of your team. We take on defined packages of design, drafting, modelling and documentation, so your engineers can focus on the decisions only they can make.

01Clients

Who we work with

  • Engineering & design consultancies

Overflow design, drafting and documentation capacity for peaks and deadlines, produced in your standards.

  • MEP & fire protection contractors

Shop drawings, coordination models and as-builts that match what you actually install.

  • General contractors

Coordinated MEP information, technical documentation and quantity take-offs for tender and delivery.

02Principles

How we work

  • Structured delivery

Every package runs on a defined scope, a register and a revision history. Repeatable, traceable, nothing ad hoc.

  • Constructability first

A drawing is only right if it can be built. We design for installation, access and maintenance, not just for the plot.

  • Radical clarity

We report status, open questions and risks as they are. An early query costs less than a late revision.

  • Strict confidentiality

Your designs and client relationships are your competitive advantage. We work under NDA and keep project data secure.

03Process

From brief to sign-off

  1. Send the brief

Share drawings, markups, models or a written scope. If you need an NDA, send it with the brief and we sign before receiving project files.

  2. Scope, fee & programme

You receive a written proposal with deliverables, standards, assumptions, fee and delivery dates. Work starts on your approval.

  3. Production & check

Drawings and documents are produced in your templates, layers and title blocks, and checked internally before issue.

  4. Issue & revise

Native files and PDFs are issued with a register. Comments are incorporated and revisions tracked until sign-off.
